Guinness Storehouse Dublin

Spread across seven floors and attracting thousands of visitors through its doors every month, Guinness Storehouse Dublin dominates the city. Your trip to Ireland’s capital simply wouldn’t be complete without a tour around one of the oldest buildings in the city. St. James’s Gate Brewery has been the ‘Home of Guinness’ and the main production for Guinness Brewery since 1759.

Guinness Storehouse Dublin dates back to 1904. Once upon a time it was the fermentation plant of the brewery. However, today the focus is much more on the visitors and offering them a unique insight into the making of the world famous beer. Enter into the Storehouse and you’ll be guided through all seven floors, eventually reaching the Gravity Bar.

As you climb from floor to floor, you’ll pass through the Tasting Room. This multi-sensory experience teaches you to appreciate the stouts’ unique taste and distinctive flavours. From the first velvet smooth sip to the very last drop. Learn the art of pouring the perfect pint at the Guinness Academy on the forth floor. Then, why not pause for a spot of lunch on the fifth floor at the Brewers’ Dining Hall or the 1837 Bar & Brasserie. Finally, savour a perfectly poured pint of the black stuff whilst sitting high above Dublin’s historic rooftops. This impressive bar offers 360 degree views across the city’s magnificent skyline. The perfect end to the perfect day.
