Our beef is hung for 21 days for optimum flavour and tenderness. Our poultry are reared on only natural foods, and our fish and seafood is bought fresh every day from the markets. Vegetables come fresh from the markets daily and are washed and prepared by us in our kitchens. This ensures only the very best ingredients are served to you. That’s why our rib eyes, homemade sausages, calamari and succulent chickens, as well as our monkfish, Alfredos, risottos, homemade chips and salsas all taste so good.
